How It Works
Gables Insurance Company’s experts are trained and licensed to appraise your property, assess the damage to it, and to help you prepare the paperwork needed to claim your insurance benefits. We can also assist you in negotiating with the insurance company to try to get you the maximum benefits due to you under your policy.
We do not charge any fees up front, and you do not pay us anything unless you receive a settlement from the insurance company.

Carlos Plana is a licensed Florida public adjuster with extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. He has more than twenty five years of experience in claims adjusting, liability, and other insurance matters.

With more than twenty years of insurance litigation experience in Florida’s state and federal courts, Robert N. Pelier is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Pelier is the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices of Robert N. Lisa Sanchez, Public Adjuster/
Lisa Sanchez has extensive experience in the analysis, processing, and payment of insurance claims. She has vast knowledge of the claims process and vast experience dealing with insurance providers who don’t want to pay claims. Ms. Sanchez’s responsibilities include testifying in trial proceedings.
Ashley C. Pollan, Esq.
Ms. Pollan has been an active member, in good standing, of the Florida Bar since 2014.
Wind Umpires solve property valuation issues between insurance company and the insured (you). If the insurance company and the insurer cannot agree the amount of the loss or damage, or the amount necessary to repair or replace property lost or damaged, an Wind Umpire will resolve the validation issue.
